Mornings only, through to the evening, or after kindergarten and school. Four classes, to match your child's age and your family's week.
How the classes work
Children are grouped by age and English level. You choose which days your child attends.
Every class is small, and everything in the classroom happens in English. We also have Japanese staff, so children who are new to English can settle in comfortably.

Baby Class
A first step into English and group life

Morning Class
A full morning in English, home after lunch

Circle time, the park, lunch, art and music, in three groups by age: Jungle, Ocean and Space.

Semi-full Day & Full Day
A longer day in English, for families working full time

After the Morning Class, the day continues in English with drawing, story time and park time.

Afternoon Class
After kindergarten or school

Level-based classes with a focus on reading and writing, and Eiken test preparation for elementary students.

About Afternoon Class
- Baby, Morning, Semi-full Day and Full Day are eligible for a childcare subsidy if your ward certifies your family; the Afternoon Class is not. See the Fees page for details.
- Extended care is available outside your regular class schedule. It is available on request and for an additional fee. Please request it by the day before.
Three groups, by age and level
During the morning hours the children are in three groups. Age is the starting point, and a child may move group as their English grows.

Jungle Class
Our youngest group. Songs, dancing, circle time and the park, as children get used to a day in English. Baby Class follows the same schedule.

Ocean Class
Phonics and monthly theme work begin, with weekly music and art classes taught by specialist teachers.

Space Class
English speech and reading are added as the children get ready for school.
- The ages are a guideline for each class. We place each child after considering their language, development and other factors.
- The Afternoon Class has its own three groups: ages 3–5, ages 5–7, and age 8 and up, also placed by English level.
